What if I can't be there for all the entire weekend?
We welcome you to come to as much of the Jubilee celebration as possible - it will be well worth your visit! We encourage you to register even if you have conflicts keeping you from attending the entire event. As a follow up to your registration, you will have the opportunity to indicate which events you will be attending.
What does it mean that this event is "family friendly?"
We have taken steps to ensure that this event is open to and supportive of family attendance. There are planned activities specifically for families. Lodging and meals have all been planned with consideration to family guests. Child care will also be available throughout the weekend. As a follow up to your registration, all families will have the opportunity to express special needs and indicate attendance at events.
Who is welcome at this event?
All friends of the ACE program including ACE and ACE Leadership program graduates and families, current ACE teachers and administrators, current and former faculty and staff, superintendents and bishops, and all friends of ACE.
What is the cost of the event?
There is a suggested donation of $50 for individuals, $75 for couples, and $100 for families. Our approach to this donation is "more if you can, less if you can't." You can make your donation as a pledge at the event or send it to ACE Fellowship, 154 IEI Building, Notre Dame, IN 46556.
What is the on-campus lodging situation?
You can register for on-campus housing as an individual, couple, or family. We have been given a block of air-conditioned dorm rooms and rooms at the Summer Family Dorm. Space is limited and will be distributed based on when we receive your registration. The on-campus lodging is offered free of charge.
What if I plan to stay off campus?
If you live locally or wish to stay off campus, you are welcome to do so. We have a block of discounted rooms reserved under "ACE 15 Year Jubilee" at the Jameson Inn (574) 277-3211. You will be responsible for this cost.
